BEWARE they will take the deposit and never deliver the service.
Cost of enclosed transport from MA to MD - $600
Advance deposit paid on for promised pick up - $295
Service performed - NEVER
Refund deposit - NEVER
Reason for no refund - fine print, processing fee
THIS WILL HAPPEN TO YOU IF YOU MAKE THE MISTAKE OF USING THEIR SERVICE.
The essentially promised to pick up my car by a certain date before I was leaving MA but never did. They even told me that perhaps I should leave my BMW with a neighbor or a friend with no guarantees of pick up. What was I supposed to do leave my car and if they never performed the service, should I revisit MA all the way from MD to arrange for pick up with another transport company.
