Nothing but problems and poor service

I ordered an elliptical and it has been a nightmare.
They promised to follow up regarding shipping multiple times and the machine was "ready to go out the door" for weeks and weeks; finally after almost 3+ months and numerous phone calls it shipped.
It arrived damaged; the carrier covered $35 of a $3,500 machine.
Total Body Experts has promised 3 times to follow up with an outline of what will happen and even told me the parts were being sent and then we'd schedule a technician.... Nothing.
The do NOT follow up (after you buy it that is....they are great following up and calling prior to the sale). They lie continually about timelines and such (and now I suppose they will blame the virus).
Save yourself a headache and buy locally, it might seem like you save a few dollars by purchasing through TBE but all you'll get are empty promises and a machine that doesn't work.
